Educators Assemble™ Conference

Educators Assemble is a conference devoted to supporting the holistic well-being of educators. It’s a movement, a call to community, and a declaration that early childhood educators are seen, valued, and essential. We exist to restore, equip, empower, and care for the caregivers — providing the essentials to those who are themselves essential. Through fostering community, promoting personal and professional growth, and confronting the challenges that have shaped our field, we strengthen and prepare educators to be ambassadors of change, builders of a thriving early education profession, and carriers of hope into a brighter future.

What Is Educators Assemble™?

Educators Assemble™ is a movement that honors early childhood educators as essential caregivers who deserve recognition and support. Through essential resources, we restore, equip, and empower these educators.

By fostering a strong community that nurtures both personal and professional growth, we empower educators to create lasting impacts on children’s lives. This prepares them to lead change and build a brighter future for early education.

Our main goals are to:

  • Restore and empower early childhood educators
  • Foster personal and professional growth
  • Promote well-being and financial wholeness
  • Create thriving communities of care

Our Vision

We envision a thriving community where educators feel seen, valued, and nurtured. By restoring and equipping those who care for children, we aim to lead a new era of transformation in early education.

Educators Assemble™ exists to care

Foundational Tenets

  • Community shapes identity. Educators thrive when they are rooted in a strong, supportive community.
  • Stability fuels better care. Stable, well-supported educators can nurture children more effectively.
  • Wholeness nurtures growth. Whole, healthy educators create the strongest environments for children to learn and flourish.
  • Professional growth begins with personal growth. Developing the educator means developing the human first.
  • Developmental best practices apply to adults too. The same principles that guide children’s growth should be used to nurture, develop, and empower staff.
  • Opportunity and exposure ignite transformation. Lasting change happens when people are given both the chance and the vision to grow.
