Career Training Group equips individuals with the tools, confidence, and community needed to thrive in today’s workforce.
At Career Training Group (CTG), we are committed to building and sustaining a strong early childhood education (ECE) workforce. As a BESE-approved CDA Ancillary Certificate Program, we prepare professionals for meaningful and lasting careers in ECE.
Founded by Niki Da’Jon, MBA, CTG brings together deep expertise in education and leadership to create programs that are both high-quality and practical.
But we don’t just train educators—we invest in their whole journey. That’s why we emphasize enrichment opportunities that support personal growth, community connection, and long-term success.
From specialized workshops to wellness events and conferences, we offer experiences that go beyond credentials. These events help educators stay inspired, balanced, and connected.
In collaboration with childcare centers, networks, and community organizations, we create accessible training pipelines that reflect real workforce needs. At CTG, we are redefining what it means to be an early childhood professional—one educator at a time.
