Testimonials

“The educators at McMillian’s FIRST Steps CDC had a transformative experience through their participation in the Career Training Group program. This curriculum has equipped my instructors with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to advance in their early childhood education careers. Ivory Knighton, a preschool teacher at McMillian’s, described the program as a family of educators working together to empower each other. Therefore, we highly recommend this program to anyone looking to advance their career by earning a CDA in Early Childhood Education. I want to express my deep gratitude to the dedicated administrators who made it possible for my teachers to take part in this incredible program!”

“My time as a coach with Career Training Group has been an invaluable experience. The co-founders gave me a chance to spread my wings, granting me the space and autonomy to grow as I was newly minted in the coaching sector. The networking, access to resources and attention to detail are top-tier. I am thoroughly blessed to be able to do what I love as a profession and CTG has been a catalyst in that. Simply put, Career Training Group is a family you want to be a part of.”

“I am grateful for the program because it gave me the push I needed. Getting my CDA is something I’ve always wanted to do, but I didn’t have the support. With Career Training Group, they pushed me, and they were always hands-on. I was able to contact them whatever time of day it was.”

“I would like to express my gratitude for the Career Training Group. They are an exceptional company to deal with in helping our centers achieve the certifications we need for our teachers. My staff have been able to receive their CDA’s with them. What a wonderful staff to work with and Niki Da’Jon is such a pleasure to work with… She is so supportive and attentive to detail. It shows how much she cares about the people in her program. I would highly recommend anyone to work with this company. Thank you again for helping The Little Schoolhouse achieve their goals.”

“During my 6-month course with Career Training Group, I learned so much, but most importantly, I had the greatest support system. Thank you for pushing me, guiding me to improve, and helping me set meaningful goals. To Ms. Niki, thank you for always being patient and helpful to me and my peers. To Coach Jess, I couldn’t have asked for a better coach during this course. You both have meant so much to me, and I’m deeply thankful for everything you’ve done."

“As a coach with Career Training Group, I help educators acquire the skills needed to implement best practices. Supporting educators and guiding them in their pursuit of earning their CDA has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my life. Establishing rapport with educators and earning their trust has been crucial to their success in the program. The greatest reward of coaching is witnessing the thrill and excitement of educators when they achieve something they once thought impossible.”

“What I liked the most about Career Training Group was that we each had individual coaches who worked with us one-on-one outside of the group activities. I also liked that they pushed us and made sure we were able to get the materials we needed.”

"My experience with Career Training Group was that the ladies were super supportive! They pushed us to be better for ourselves and the kids. They worked with us on our mental health and made us feel like we could achieve our goals while loving what you’re doing. They said that ECE is not just a job, but a passion."
